Walmart is a nationwide family store. I would give Walmart 5 stars. Walmart always has what you need and the workers are very helpful. Walmart makes sure that you are taken care of. The store always has a worker who can help you.

The three parts are, exigence, audience and constraints. The audience are those who the recipients of the rhetorical message.
